I have set up a 12 volt generator and regulator ( not an alternator)
I started the wiring re work over two years ago designing the new wiring loom from scratch.
now I have the harness in place ( due to stress burn out affect) I can't remember which wire goes to which terminal. In the harness from a 4 position key switch at the panel to the generator there is a red, black and white wire. on the regulator are 3 terminals and a ground terminal.
Which of the red and black wires go where. on the generator are two terminals ""A"" and ""F""
Hopping I am right in connecting ""A"" and ""F"" to the regulator just can't place the red and black from the wiring harness at the generator/ regulator end. This is frustrating when I started this new harness over two years ago I knew exactly what wire was for what; my memory won't pick up the right answer now.
Thank you for your assistance
