I recently bought an international 656 utility that has been sitting for 10 years, there's nothing wrong with the tractor. The owner sold the piece of property behind his house that he mowed with the tractor, once he quit mowing he didn't have a use for the tractor and it sat up until now. I put fresh oil, an oil filter and fresh gas in the tractor and threw a battery on it, I turned the key on checked to see if the lights turned on, to my surprise 3 of the 4 fender lights lit up so I know theres power. But their is also a light on the dash that comes on that I believe says low amps that lights up when I turn the key on, but my problem is when I push the start button nothing happens. No noises at all the light on the dash just blinks. What could be my problem, could my starter be bad. Also do 656's have a dead man switch where the clutch needs to be pushed in to start.
