I too have a Roosa Master pump. DBGVCC429-8AJ. Your product knowledge seems vast. My crankcase was filling with fuel, some old timers suggest it is the Tulip seals in the pump that separate crankcase from fuel in pump. Do you have any Manuel book options for full breakdown and repair? Part number for repair kit seals etc. Any help would be appreciated. TY Paul
1964 Ford 4000 Ind. 4cyl. I have had it 25 years and it has never worked hard. Backhoe and bucket motor is way under powered for this application what were they thinking?

The kit is 24371
pilot tube 16320
The ptube is epoxyed in to a critical depth so take measurements..
To far in & you'll get governor problems, to far out & it wont fit in engine hole flush..
It takes a few special tool to teardown & reassemble correctly..
The manuals & info are available online.. BUT they tell you how to do it w/ the proper special tools..
For about 400.00 you can get it done correctly THE FIRST TIME..

Dam.. your right.. my mistake.. I saw the dbgfcc and jumped without looking it up..
The P# for the tube is>> 10431 but very rarely go bad.
IF it has grooves cut in it, change it.. it press's in flush against the housing..
Sorry for the mistake.. Thanks DT..
AND the kit wont have all the gaskets required either..
If you'd like, send me your email address & I'll send you a breakdown w/the part #'s..

Been a few times I missed on parts questions too. Have a job came in yesterday that gave me a good chuckle. Fellow starts taking the throttle and stop shaft assemblies out of his IH 684 VA pump to repair head and throttle area leaks, while pump is still on the engine. Decided he should have stopped after he pulled the hydraulic head out. Luckily he didn't break anything, had the parts in three bags.

Lol.. I know exactly what ya mean..
I tell them, helping costs extra..
Have you ever seen a DB2 come in, in 2 pieces??
Pump housing snapped in 2 from adjusting the timing while running..
Its real hard not to laugh..
and makes our work twice as hard..

Had a DB2 come in once, head seized, shaft broke. Pilot bushing shoved sideways, broke the front flange sideways too. All caused by a nut between the timing gears. Not sure how the dealer explained that one..
