Adding Remote Hydraulics to Ford 860

Hi,

I have a Ford 860, and I'm thinking of adding remote hydraulics. At the moment I only see a need for single acting as I'd need this for a small haybine. There's always a chance I'd want more options down the line I guess.

Here are my questions:

1. Can anyone recommend a kit/approach that they have used?

2. If I can somehow find a way to find a selec-trol type plate, should I go this route? Any drawbacks here?

3. I've heard some people use an aluminum plate between the tractor and cover plate. Any recommendations for this approach?

Thanks,
Matt

I had an 851 ford. Bought a single valve from central tractor about 15 years ago ($700 rebuilt) has sat on the shelf since arrival and sold the ford 14 years ago. This unit replaces the hydraulic plate just behind the shifter. chuck 8582162384.
