IH 560 three point hydraulics

I have an issue with my rear hydraulics. They are pumping fluid out from the valve area under the steering wheel area. There is no issue with the front hydraulics. The fluid is also milky white. Can anyone tell me what I need to look for?

Maybe you could get a little more specific about valve area.

milky oil has water mixed in it. its a constant problem with my
560s. you will do well to get it drained and refilled before it
freezes (slushes) the hyd system and it doesn t work at all. my
diesel 560 has a similar leak around the hyd valves, but i
haven't taken time to checkit out yet.
