Front loader problems

My b8200 kubota front loader only goes up at high acceleration and down when decelerating. Plus you can only push joy stick a little. Too far and movement stops. Bucket won't tilt either way

Huh? How fast will it accelerate??

I would check your loader hoses and make sure that they are all plugged in the right outlets...and make sure they are plugged in all the way

If you have a single lever control on your loader, it has a float position on the boom, straight forward, and a float position on the bucket control clear to RH side. Points inbetween these operate the boom and bucket operation.
As another poster said check that you have your couplings hooked to the correct ports and make sure they are coupled and not just slid together.

I've owned tractor for 5 years with no problems. It all started when i had buckrt cylinder rebuilt. I never unhooked any hoses but is it possible i could have pudh trash up in line while pushing cylinder in to connect to bucket

Trash in line could now be in the valve causing this problem. I would remove the valve and take it to my local hyd. shop for cleaning and rebuilding. You may be able to do it yourself but tolerances are very close.

are you talking about the joystick control valve or the hydraulic block valve with the diverter valve

Definitely start with the joystick you can remove that valve and take it to the shop. The one that has the diverter valve is much more difficult to remove and service.

thanks. I will try that. I have taken block valve with diverter off and cleaned it. I do know that the little roll pin dtops are brokeb off on either side of diverter valve. . I also removed hose from this valve to joystick and started engine. I have good flow but not sure on presdure

Not likely that you have lost pressure because of this. I am pretty sure that all of the hydraulic oil is filtered going into the pump. Are you up to date on your hydraulic filter? and is your hydraulic oil clear?

I changed hydraulic oil and instead of just cleaning it I installed a new screen in transmission. I took the joystick control valve off today and cleaned it. It was sticking a little anyway. There was a little moisture in it but no trace of any in oul. Anyway I put it back together and nothing. Maybe I will get a pressure gauge and check pressure coming from pump
