Changing Hydraulic fluid, transmission fluid

I would like to change the hydraulic fluid and transmission fluid in my WD. I find three different drain plugs on the tractor (other than the oil pan plug) that look to be used to drain the system(s). What is each one? A large one under the read end and two smaller ones as you move forward on the tractor. Will draining from the larger one drain the whole system? and if so Can 303 universal fluid be used for replacement. I know I sound like a novice so please be easy on me.

You do know the hydraulic reservoir is separate from the trans/rear end? As I recall, the forward most plug is the hyd. Then there is a drain plug on the PTO drop box, and one on the rear end. I don't recall if there's one on the trans or not. There is also a little drain plug on the rear of the hyd. pump which drains the control housing. There are two filler plugs on the left side for the trans/rear end. The hyd. reservoir is the little dip stick. Yes you can use any good UTF fluid.
