hydraulic pump ford 981

I have a substantial leak in my hydraulic system and it looks to be coming from the front of the hydraulic pump. I have 2 questions, is it likely that the o ring that seals the front of the pump is the culprit and I noticed a lack of power when trying to plow while this leak has been evident could the two be connected or is it a coincident? The transmission is a select o speed.

Yes, to both questions. Be sure to use new seals from CNH.

I fixed the leak, still no power in 1-4th gear can't even climb a slight incline. shift to 5th gear and the front end comes off the ground. Any ideas on why the lack of power in 1-4th?Never had any power issues before the hydraulic pump started to leak. the hydraulics seem to operate fine, maybe a little sluggish? The transmission is a select-o speed
