MF 135 Hydraulics issue

I recently bought a MF 135 diesel tractor and when I went to change the fluids before starting to use it, the hydraulic fluid was a dirty milky white when I drained it out. The levers for using the hydraulics seem to range farther than they should. I first used it to mow with and when I am standing on the mower it will slowly move up and down without my even moving the draft lever. Also, the right side hitch adjuster will not work. It doesn't turn.

Does anyone have an ideas on what I might do to fix the issues myself?

was there since 1942....how long you been there in that non-business friendly community?
