E.T. Rugg 25 riding mower

Hello.... First- thanks for the great site!!! My name is Chuck from upstate NY... I normally restore cars, bikes and the occasional boat. I wanted something new to restore and I came across this really cool Rugg 25. It's complete except for the brake system... My question for all you "guys" is: Should I restore it back to original or should I "hot rod" it???

Anyone know what it could be worth done original?

there is no choice but to restore it back to original. Any thing else would be a desecration . WOW

Thanks!!! I think I'm going to take the advice and restore it to original.. Overall it's in great shape for it's age!!!
