John Deere 340 offset disc wheel spindle STUCK

I had a bearing failure on a John Deere 340 offset disc, the operator at the time is on my S***list as he did not realize until the spindle was damaged so badly that it needed replacement. I have been trying to get this spindle out for nearly 3 weeks and nothing will move it.

I just got done wailing on it with a Concrete Air Hammer and it didnt move what-so-ever. I have plugged up the axle and filled with acetone/ATF mix, Torched/Quenched, tried to turn with pipewrench and breaker bar. And it has not moved an inch.

Has anybody had this experience or have any input on what my next move should be. It would be greatly appreciated.

Never done one... But if you were hammering on it from the other side, it's probably mushroomed out inside the sleeve.

Will the whole bracket come off so it could be put in a press?

If not, it will have to be surgically removed with the torch, tube and all, a new tube welded in.

Yeah , I would split the whole tube with the torch , punch out the spindle, then install the new spindle and weld up the cut.
