Buda 6BD-230 cooling system, pressure or no pressure?

I have this Buda 6BD(MR)-230 in an old boat. The cooling system has an old non-pressurized cap. It looks like some WD45's and Cockshutt's with the Buda had a pressure system. Anyone know if there is a way to tell if it should have a pressurized cap instead?

Typically, a radiator intended for use with a pressure cap will have a "ledge" an inch or so from the top of the neck for the pressure cap to seal to.

If the neck doesn't have such a "ledge", it's not made for a pressure cap.

The couple non pressurized cooling systems I had experience with also had internal tangs for the cap, rather than external ones, making the fuel and radiator caps about the same.
