Ford 600 stalls need help

Ford 600 new carb, electronic ignition, coil, gas tank, gas cap vented. Runs good for short time then stalls, the choke helps keep it running, it has good spark when starting. The carb is set 1 1/2 turns out. Need help

our qualification of "when starting" indicates that you already know that it matters what the spark looks like when it stops. What does it look like?

Spark that is good when it starts may not be good when it stops. You need to check your spark the moment it dies on you and it needs to be a good blue/white in color and jumps 1/4 inch gap or more.
If you have a good spark then pull the carb drain plug and make sure you have a good steady flow of gas. Needs to fill a pint jar in under 3 minutes

After it dies I removed one plug wire pulled the boot back held it next to plug and pressed the start button got a white spark about 1/4" long then the next time I did same thing to the next plug same thing happen.
