I have 1 metal hydraulic plug on my restored Case 300. It is in my one way remote. I would like to find 4 more (2 for my VAC and 300 double remotes) but I cant find any.
Does anyone have any leads on these? I have all pioneer couplings on my equipment.

You can see the plug poking out under the right side of the eagle hitch rockshaft.

I've seen them in places like TSC and Orscheln's in the hyd area. I have also seen the newer plastic ones in many places. That all said any good tractor dealer should be able to get them for you if they do not have them on hand

A rain flapper on a horizontal muffler ?

If you are trying to totally seal off any dripping I buy extra hose tips and then put pipe plugs into them and then plug them into the coupler. Only way I have been able to stop the nuisance oil drip from those.
I have not seen the metal style dust plugs NEW all seem to be rubber or plastic ? I have found some used ones off of old JD's.

Thank you for the replies.

The rain cap helps deflect the noise and exhaust downward towards the ground and helps keep mice out of the exhaust.
I will have to try your plug idea. Its already formulating in my head.
