Where in earth do you find a carburetor rebuild kit for a case 950 955 windrower with a Wisconsin motor?

Which carburetor do you have? Marvel-Schebler TSX-939, or TSX-804?
I see gasket kits for them but no re-build kits....may have to order parts individually?

NAPA or any good local auto parts store should be abler to help you if they can get outside the box and look at a paper ''Ag and Industrial'' carburetor parts catalog.

Or ebay, or if you want to be REALLY irritated get ahold of "Dr. Diesel".
