Farmall-H Rear Light Lens/Reflector/Bulb ?

First, would this be a 5" lens that I need?
I am finding 4 1/2", 4 3/4", flat, tear drop, seal beam, etc.
I am trying to avoid ordering the wrong item.
I called Yesterday Tractor and did not get a good feeling they had what I needed.
Knowing what I have would be a good start.
I think I need a 5" rear lens & reflector.
The base of the bulb was there and it is an "1133".
I'm guessing it would need to be a 6 volt as the system is original.
Am I on the right track, if not please set me straight and maybe a direction also.
Thanks,
Michael

Found it. It is referred to as 5" lens & reflector..
THE MEASUREMENT O.D. OF THE REFLECTOR IS ACTUALLY 4 3/4" INCLUDING THE "LIP" OF REFLECTOR.
4 1/2" IS TO THE O.D. OF THE RIM.

(quoted from post at 10:17:11 05/14/16) You can polish that reflector with chrome polish and very fine steel wool. It will look like new.

You know, I'm so used to chrome on plastic, I did not even think to try that but I will.
Thanks!

Question please.
I have taken rear light with small tail light assembly totally apart to clean and prepare all ground connections for both bulbs to work with the least amount of voltage drop for the brightest light. Disassembly showed me that BLACK is under all the red.
Is "ALL RED" correct or was there some black and red?
if so, could someone poss tell me a link to proper color scheme.
Thanks,
Michael
OBTW, polishing the reflector worked. there was so much grime that it took a while. I got so aggressive that I went thru some of the chrome to the brass underneath.
But it is shinny now.
