Deutz d100-06 3 point issues galore

background: 10006 with 5600 hours, tired motor, rwd, cab, non hydrasteer.

Problem #1- the lower ball joint on the lift or control arm on one side of the tractor's 3 point is acting like it is out of socket, or stuck somehow. That arm cannot come in far enough to tighten the stabilizer, let alone hook up to a centered implement The arm sits wide enough to hit the tire if we run it. Need a new arm, or can we replace that ball, or more likely have someone else do that? Any way to pop her back into socket, like knees in the old sandlot football games?

Problem #2- 3 point without attachments will only lift half way up in position control, but all the way up in draft control. All of my adjustment nobs and such are either busted or seized. Newer hydraulic pump, cleaned and replaced filters. Thoughts on how to fix, or what to fix? I have half a mind to roll her off a cliff, but it's transplanting season, and i need my creeper gears.
Thanks in advance.
