There is a product out there called Rust Guy. Does it work?

Here is a previous post from Yesterdaystractor site. There are not many online reviews but one I saw was bad and people complained about cost . Apparently it cost 175 bucks a gallon. Rust converters are only going to go so far anyway as you are not getting to the root of the problem. One guy said [ about a different brand] it only worked if you can submerge small parts.
