I have found 2 ford 226h engines on craiglist.One was running when pulled,other says it's all rebuilt,sitting for 8 yrs.He has no fluids in it,he states he sold car,selling motor.They are 600-900 miles away,one is 350$ The other is 500$Both complete.My question is what to look for before purchase,Thanks

You would have to wonder how they were stored. If they were stored indoors and sealed well they might be fine. It would be my luck to get one full of dirt dobber nests.
