8N water pump

Bought a new water pump from this site. It came with the pump, plate, and one gasket, as advertised. But don't I need two gaskets, one for plate to block and another for pump to plate? I don't really have time to order and wait for another gasket. Silicone and no gasket???
 
I'm NOT a fan of "silicone only" for places like that.

Get a piece of gasket materiel of appropriate thickness from an autoparts store and make a gasket. Should take all of about 10 minutes, with a scissors and a hobby knife. A hole punch is handy as well.
 
I too, just purchased an 8N water pump from this site. The pump came with the plate installed, and the gasket in place. The only loose gasket in the box was the block to pump plate.

Hope this helps.
 
I bought one, not from this site and the gasket was installed on the plate, the other in the box. the only problem was that the plate did not have an offset where the generator attaches. I had to take the plate off of the old one and use it on the new one.
