Hi all, New member here from Pleasant Hills Tractor Club, Australia.
We have a M. F. 550 hydrostatic steering that will not turn left..
The king pins are fine, the right turn is good..
So we are trying to remove the steering control unit, at the base of the steering column to take apart and clean.
[b:6346edaca7]But we can not find a way to remove the unit. This is our problem.[/b:6346edaca7]
We have removed the steering wheel and the dash,
but the hole in the firewall is far to small,
To take in the other direction is a no-go
since it will hit the rear of the motor..
Maybe someone has a clue or advice..
