Coolant in the Oil?

Pulled the filter off a Ford Jubilee I'm interested working on. I suspect there is coolant in the oil.

Can anyone offer their two cents?

Let it sit for a day. Then loosen the oil drain plug. If there is coolant in the oil, it will drain out first. A compression check may point you in the direction of a cylinder with a problem. You could check the torque on the head bolts. You would be very lucky if all you needed to do is tighten a few that are letting coolant get past the gasket. Bad luck would be a cracked block or head. When it is running, pull the radiator cap off. Look for bubbles. That is the engine pushing air past a leaking head gasket and getting air into the coolant.
