I have a B414 diesel about 1965. It started smoking with black smoke would run but would smoke off and on. Then started spewing black smoke when I would start it. It became harder and harder to start then it was shooting out fire out exhaust and lost power and won't start with out starter fluid being sprayed into intake. What do I need to do to get it running right?
