PTO Pulley

Need Help removing mower deck pulley. Have a '45 Farmall A. A Woods mower deck was powered via a pulley attached to the pto.
Want to remove the pulley - not sure how to do that. The attached picture shows the pulley and a fitting. Any help would be
appreciated.

2 of those holes should have treads in them. You take the bolts that tighten it up and use them to pull the center lock part out. Me I give the whole thing a good coating of ATF before I start so it might come out easier. Done many of them over the years and they can be hard to pop free. And some times as you tighten the bolts to pull the center off a chisel between the parts help to sort of impact it free
