Hi, I need help with this problem,

When I tighten up my clutch and when the motor is running and I place my foot on the clutch pedal, I can hear something grinding inside the
gearbox/clutch, and I also seem to have no clutch.
Could anyone help.

Not sure what "tightening the clutch" is, but if the noise starts when you push your foot down on the pedal, the problem is in the release bearing. If the bearing is seized, eventually the bearing will grind the release fingers off the pressure plate and the clutch will not disengage.

But, if the noise occurs when the clutch is engaged, as in foot off the pedal, the problem is in the transmission.
