I took a close look at the oil path on the standard oil filter for the TEA-20 to discover the available replacement filter cartridges allowed the oil to simply by pass the filer.
Add to that changing the filter was at best a very messy undertaking.
I solved the problem.
I make a screw on oil filter conversion kit for TEA-20 Ferguson Standard Vanguard engine.
Kit comes complete ready to bolt on and uses a replacement FORD V8 oil filter the most common oil filter on the planet and the least expensive as well.
