Ford 9 n 3 point problems works sometimes

Hello I am new to this forum and to tractors. But I got my first and love it 1940 ford 9n. I got it not running so changed all fluids and put a back blade on it and started to work it seemed fine at first but now the 3 point won't always lift and sometimes won't go down while running does any one have a idea why thanks for any info

My '40 N did the same thing after I changed the oil. The new oil dissolved the crud in the bottom. I had to drain it
and clean the case out. There is a "N" forum here that is super kind to new owners. Ask there.

Did you have a problem when there was a load I tried tonight worked great without the back blade then put it back on same thing again
