1970 Ford 3400 - Looking to do a general tune up

So i inherited an old ford float tractor from my dad, he passed away unexpectedly. He loved this damn tractor and always swore by it, i always kind of thought he was a little crazy for trusting a 40+ year old tractor. But here i am and i want to give the same respect to this thing that my dad did. After looking up the "unit code" i found out it's a 1970 Ford 3400. It's in running condition, everything works fine, i did have to service the fluids. And i already replaced the seal on the steering column as it was seeping power steering fluid when i would turn the wheel.

SO, long story short, I have this tractor. What can i do to keep this thing running another 40 years haha? It has a front end loader with ford markings. It also has a rear scraper box made by gannon with blades on both sides and some drop down scraper things (I have no idea what the hell to call it, but it says H-320). Like i said everything seems to be in working order, but is there anything to watch out for? I'm about to order some basic parts for it, is there anything that comes to mind that i should go ahead and service/replace while i'm at it?

Edit: I'm pretty mechanically inclined, i've worked on anything between jets and motorcycles. So i'm willing to get dirty on this.

The first investment to make would be a shop manual. It will pay for itself a thousand times over by mistakes
not made!

A 45 year old tractor is not old! The simplicity, field serviceability and parts availability make them very
practical to keep working. Not so with the new models! Ain't gonna find a computer port on the '70 Ford! LOL
