Fordson super major issue

So I don't know much about anything engine it tractor related. But I have been working on my neighbors tractor to get it running as he said I can use it if I do. I got it to start but now there are a few new issues. It is leaking fuel out of a small looks like a bolt with a bleed off type fitting on it. But not sure what the purpose is. See pics.

And then there is a part that looks like it might hold a filter or something that oil sprays out of when it runs. See pic also. If anyone can tell me what goes there or how to fix it. It would be awesome.

The fitting that is leaking is called a "banjo" fitting. Dieseltech is right, it's normal to have fuel drip
there. But I'm wondering if there might have been a return to tank line on it at one time, rusted or broke
off. Might look around the general area to find the end of it, but then it may have just dripped...

The other item is a crankcase vent. At one time it likely had an element of some kind in it, like horse hair
or wire mesh. That would not stop the oil though, that's caused by excess blow-by on the rings. Could be a
result of worn rings, or they may be stuck from sitting. If they are stuck, they will probably improve with
use. Otherwise, not a big concern, just keep an eye on the oil level.

You are missing the "fuel leakoff tube", which hangs down, and has a curly-que pigtail bend in it. Probably won't make much difference in how much it drips, but that's what's supposed to be there.
