I have a T30 that does not start by pulling up on the gear shift and sliding to the upper right. What type of repair person should I look for to repair this.

The tractor is located in the Texas panhandle near the New Mexico, Colorado & Kansas state lines.
 
Is this a Ferguson TO30?

This is a simple fix. Anyone with a test light and basic understanding of mechanics can repair it.

Just be sure it's kept as it is, don't let someone add a solenoid. You'll loose the neutral start safety feature by doing so. Parts are readily available.
