Leveling control arm won,t move
seems that after replacing pump cylinder was replaced the pin that is in the arm going to hyd. Pump is hitting cylander housing
not allowing operation of intake and exhaust ports

Is your control arm bent? It should never need to move forward enough for the pin to hit the cylinder.

Looks straightto me if anything looks like its leaning off center towatds cylender

didn't mean bent left/right, I meant bent fore/aft.
