I have a john deere 1010 and it has dual pto shafts. the pto will spin when the lever is not engaged but will stop when lever is engaged. Also if it is spinning when not engaged my rototiller will stop when it hits the ground. I was hoping it was something like a sheer bolt but find nothing. HELP!
