MF 35 trans oil issue

Hi all,

I've got an old MF35 that I've inherited(I'm mechanically inclined, but not familiar with this tractor) and have started to go thru the basic cleanup repairs. However, just put new transmission oil(drained it thoroughly first, both trans compartments) in - 8 gal. of GL-1 90W. After running it briefly and checking the fluid level it is milky white. The engine oil is fine. Looks like somehow the coolant is leaking into the transmission. Could this be a bad water pump or an engine seal or gasket somewhere? The same milky white oil is also coming from the front of the starter unit.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Its very hard to get all of the oil out when changing it.
Condensation and shifter boots and the boot on the toplink are
the usual culprits for contamination. No way that coolant could
get in there.
