1945 farmall h drawbar anchor removal

I need some help. I am tryin to take off a three point on an h. It's connected to the drawbar anchor and was wondering if I need to drop the whole piece of is there a way to get just the pen out

There should be a retaining flap to keep the pin from falling out. The flap is held in place by a 1 bolt, a 9/16 if I remember right. Once you get the flap removed the pin should just fall out.
