Im fixing to take the PTO apart and replace seals and gaskets. Im wondering if any one knows what the correct foot pound torque specs are for the bolts when I put it back together.

Do a Google search for Torque values. The correct amount of torque will be based on the size of the bolt, and also the grade. Probably is safe to assume those bolts are a grade 5.
