Does anyone have any idea how to cross reference paint codes? The body shop that is going to paint my 1940 A will only use BASF brand paint and they need a paint code number to get the color correct. Close enough isn't going to be good enough on my tractor. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your local AGCO dealer can cross reference paint and looks very very nice

Drop down to the paint and bodywork forum and do a search
for rod(nh) paint codes. He has compiled a list of tractor paint
codes in ppg. Easy for your shop toncross reference them to
basf. Look at the color chip at the shop to the corresponding
code to be sure you are happy with the color. There are
probably several variance formulas.
