John Deere Syncro transmission

Anyone on the group have experience working on a John Deere Syncro transmission? I need help. I can't get reverse.

A little more information would be helpful. What model tractor. Do you have high and low range? You could pull the trans cover off and maybe see what's going on, but chances are the top shaft will need to be removed to be fixed properly.

I fixed a 4010 last winter that looked like someone was shifting without the clutch and smeared the front edge of the splines on the shift collar, would move in low if you held it and would go into high or reverse.
