W9 Manifold bolts

Intake or exhaust? Are they are the same toque ? I would use anti seize and re-toque after reaching operating temp.

Since the anti seize will reduce the resistance to tightening the bolt will be threaded in tighter with more stretch than if tightened without lube. I know that some applications call for lubed threads and it is taken into account in the spec. but I understand that the standard is clean and dry. How can you be sure that additional tightness will not cause any problems?

It is a 4 cylinder, in-line engine. The intake and exhaust are basically all in one piece, so the same bolts (actually studs) hold both pieces.
