Have a question here.got this old dozer running.it sat atleast 25 years since its ran.when I start it the clutch and transmission seem to work fine because engine will bog but the sprockets wont turn.also the levers that pull back will not go all the way back because they seem to be frozen.what im wondering is if there might be a possibility that the brake bands might be rusted to the drum or maybe the clutch packs might be stuck.if so any tricks to break them free without taking everything apart.thanks.

I'm thinking the brake bands are stuck. Probably the clutches, too but it would still move, you just couldn't steer. Back off the brake adjustments and try to move it.
