ford 641 workmaster hydraulic lift issue

I recently bought a used 641 workmaster. Everything was working great until I was driving with the lift up and hit a bump (not that big) at slow speed. I hit the bump and the lift slammed to the ground. Now the arms will not respond to the lift at all. I took off cover and checked safety relief valve and the springs were all broken. I know that's an issue and I have ordered one to replace it but I imagine there is a problem with unload valve. I know it sat for a year so it might have gotten stuck at sudden burst of pressure. I'm new to working on tractors and could use any opinions or pointers. When I first got it I had to take off hydraulic lift cover and replace some O rings so I am kinda familiar with how it all works. Any help well appreciated. Thanks
