3200b international skid loader

Hello all,

I had to send my hydro pump out to get rebuilt , the two pictures below show before and after shots. Problem is the belt pulley. I didn"t remove the pulley the shop did when they rebuilt it and when I got it back I had to install the pulley on the pump shaft, it seems pretty simple however the pulley doesn"t seem to be tight against the pump , I can grab it and pull it right off the shaft. What am I missing here ? Is there a set screw somewhere that keeps her in place?

That's called a "QD" bushing.

It and the hole in the pulley are tapered. There are 2 bolt holes in the bushing, and 2 tapped holes in the pulley. Line up the holes and put the bolts in. As they tighten, the bushing will pull down tight on the shaft. The bushing WILL NOT tighten down all the way against the pulley, don't try, you'll break something! The other 2 tapped holes in the bushing are for removing the pulley. They don't get used until you take the pulley off.

Also, need to align the pulleys before tightening the bushing bolts. Notice as you tighten the bolts, the pulley will move slightly toward the bushing, so start tightening with the pulley slightly toward the pump to allow for the movement.
