Hydraulic Leak at bottom of Super M Farmall, Please Help

Hello Everyone,
I'm new to this and have started restoring my first tractor. My Dad bought me a 1953 Super M Farmall as my first tractor. Lots of little things to fix.
Today I got the Lift All pump working and the two way hydraulic pump broke free as well. I filled the tractor with the 6 liters of hydraulic fluid it needed since it was empty. After an hour or so I noticed that at the bottom it was dripping the fluid I put in. I took this plate off the bottom and exposed underneath the tractor and it looks like the oil is seeping through the (drive shaft?) or (crankshaft?) a shaft of some sort.
Does anyone have any idea what has happened or if there is an easy fix to this? Or what should I do? thank you, greatly appreciate the help.
T.W.

This is a follow up.
Since the leaking started, it has stopped and just drips a little bit. Still have hydraulic power though in the lines. Is it something so stupid that I just overfilled it and its just leaking out the excess now?

Might be a poor seal on the shaft. Sometimes with time, they swell up and seal themselves. And sometimes not.....
