Setting timing on 1975 Ford model 2000 3 cylinder gas engine

1975 Ford 2000 3 cylinder gas engine. Can someone please tell me where the timing marks are. I see nothing on the harmonic balance and cant locate any inspection opening to be able to see the fly wheel.

Carl, remove valve cover. Roll engine over until both #1 valves
are closed and both rocker arms are free. That should be
TDC. Then, install the distributor with the rotor pointing to #1
cyl. Simple enough ? If it doesn't start your 180* off.
