Howard clifford rotavator

Hi all, I have just inherited a Howard clifford rotavator mk12 but it won't start! Does anyone have a manual for this, it has a villiers engine. Any help on this machine would be appreciated.

If you have a mag or a distributor rub the points with a point file or 320 wet or dry until they're shiny. Then see if you have fire to your plugs. Pour about 1/2 teaspoon of fresh gas on top of the piston. Then see if the engine will start. Look inside the fuel tank for any gummy deposits using a good flash light. The carburetor may need to be soaked in carb cleaner.
