4500 diesel tractor won't start after having the heads done

took the heads off and had them done, and replaced the injectors, won't start. does the tractor have to be timed again? howdo i get it started again
 
Timing should not be affected, but compression sure can. And injection lines need to be bled of any air.
Basics: Do you get any smoke when cranking?
 
I would expect you have air in the lines, it takes a LONG time cranking. Make sure and leave the lines cracked loose at the injectors until it drips, then tighten that one up.
