Farmall h no throttle

I just got done resealing the engine in my farmall h. When I fired it up the throttle was set backwards, then I lost all of my throttle shortly after it started. Can anyone give me some advice what to do or look for. Thanks

I would expect that the connection between the carburetor and tube connecting with governor is not correct.

Trying to explain throttle/governor linkage is near impossible.

If it was working before, try going through the linkage again, imagine all the possibilities.

If that still doesn't work a shop manual will be your best friend.
