IH 674 rear remotes

I ran upon an unexpected issue today that I'm sure shows off my inexperience as a farmer but I bought this tractor (ih 674...gas) to plow and disc my garden along with mowing and taking care of my 20 acres. As I went to hook up my disc I put the two hydro hoses into the rear hookups and hopped on the tractor ready to disc. I then realized I don't have a lever to control the raising and lowering of the disc. The hookups are there but nothing to control them? Was this the way it was designed or is something missing? The tractor has a loader on it if that's makes any difference. I could use a little insight if somebody doesn't mind helping me out. Thanks a lot.

I have a 574. Almost the same just smaller. My remote lever is on the right side just above the footrest. Its not very long. If you have couplers it should be there.

I just went and looked again but there is no lever. There is the one control for the locking differential but other than that nothing. There is a cut out on the cover like there could be other levers but there are none there.

Never mind.. I'm dumb...and uneducated on my tractor. I thought that the lever on the right hand side controlled diff lock. After consulting with my owners manual I've found the problem. It's me. Thanks for putting up with me.

From all this however I now realize that my differential lock lever is missing....for sure. Can these break off? Are they all equipped with diff lock? I have noticed that when one wheel slips on the mud I can press the brake of the slipping wheel and the other one will take over. Any thoughts would be helpful.
