Iron Spoke Wheels

Boss wants me to build him a smoker. He wants me to find a couple of spoked wheels, like the ones used on the old wheelbarrows, something in the 10" to 20" range, 1 1/2" to 3" wide.

I've looked on Ebay and Craigs List for used ones, but can't find 2 alike. Found some steel wagon wheels, but they're too big and overpriced. Looked around for new ones, Harbor Freight, Northern Tool not finding anything.

Any ideas where else to look?
 
Any old grain binders around? Small wheel on end of platform. Or, if you"re fabbing the smoker,can you bend some iron to fab the wheels?
 
Thanks, I was able to go back on Ebay and found a set of heavy duty cast iron wheels. Reasonable price and flat rate shipping!

Now I just need to get 'er done!
