Hello all,
Thank god no timing or carb question this time LOL. This time its something different, a while back I needed a wiring diagram to get the loader running and mr Bob was nice enough to draw me up something and it worked like a charm. Now with the machine running great I was thinking of testing my electrical skill a little deeper and ad some gauges maybe lights and so forth however, Bob only drew me a diagram to get the machine started basically battery, magneto, kill switch, keyed ignition. so the question is on an older skid loader like this what exactly recharges the battery and how can I introduce this into what I have installed now? I have a small bunch of wires kind of stuffed behind the magneto seem to go deep inside the engine somewhere, could this be an easy thing to add so if I do add lights I don"t kill the battery, would be nice to recharge as I go, but if its a pain to do this or figure out I wont do it at all, just fishing for thoughts?
