Skid loader hydrolics question

So I was working on the skid loader, got the spitting figured out and working now on throttle and choke linkage so I can control everything from the drivers seat. Well in the almost 2 years I have been fooling with this loader for the first time something strange happened when I cranked her over, the machine started to move on its own? I looked under the seat at my pumps, steering linkage and it all seems ok. I checked the fluid and I was low almost out, would that have anything to do with it moving like that? Needless to say working on this alone and having to start it from the back of the machine can be dangerous so I guess it's linkage time, but I have to figure out why this thing started moving on me? It never did that before any ideas? Thanks Scott

Some how the linkage has gotten out of adjustment. Can you get it up on blocks or take the wheels off to make the adjustments?

Here is a couple pictures.

I was just suggesting you get the wheels off the ground so you could make running adjustments without chasing it around!

The valves look to be new? Clean and painted? As in they have recently been repaired. Somehow they have gotten out of adjustment.

The linkage looks pretty straight forward. Is anything binding? I assume something detents it in neutral. Some type of cam and roller? Back to back springs? Look for some adjustment that returns it to neutral.
